Referral Bonus Qualifications
The Covelo Group Referral Bonus Program is effective January 1, 2025. Referrals submitted on or after this date are eligible for a bonus.
The referred individual must be hired by Covelo Group and complete at least 200 hours in a contract role or 90 days in a direct-hire role for the referrer to receive the bonus.
Both active Covelo Group employees and non-employees are eligible to participate.
There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses a person can earn.
All bonuses are subject to approval based on placement, minimum work requirements, and assignment completion.
Legal Policy
To qualify for the Covelo Referral Bonus Program, you may only refer candidates for the following positions: School RN, School Psychologist, SLP, PT, OT, BCBA, PTA, COTA, SLPA, SPED Teacher, LPN, LVN, CNA, BT, RBT, Para, IA, Teacher Assistant, or DSP.
Referrals must be new candidates who have not previously worked for Covelo Group.
The referred candidate must be hired by Covelo Group and complete at least 200 hours in a contract role or 90 days in a direct-hire role for the referrer to receive a bonus.
Referral bonuses are one-time payments per referred candidate.
This program excludes Covelo Group employees whose responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, or selecting new employees.
Each candidate may only be referred once and cannot be referred again by another participant.
Bonuses will be paid via the referrer’s existing payment method on file.Referral submissions must be completed outside regular work duties and on personal time.
Participation in this program is voluntary, and there is no obligation to refer candidates.
